MINUTES of the BOARD MEETING
1960 PC Users Group
Held at Denny’s Diner at 7730 Louetta
The meeting of the board of directors of the 1960 PC Users Group was called to order at 6:40 p.m. by Vice President Bill Franklin in the absence of President Bill Wright. Present were Bill Franklin, Jean Franklin, Bob Argo, James Hug, Gary Toll, Marj Krisman, and Gene Jackson.
Copies of the March minutes were distributed and approved by a motion made by Gary Toll and seconded by Bob Argo.

Treasurer
Copies of the Treasurer’s report were distributed and approved by a motion made by James Hug and seconded by Gary Toll.
Special Interest Groups
Reports of attendance at SIG meetings were given as Graphics, 20 persons, Software, 8 persons. Several SIGS were cancelled due to unavailability of a meeting room.
New Business
Speaker for the General Meeting on May 5, 2005 was announced as Mark Robert of CompUSA. No topic has been selected. Suggestions for General Meeting programs were discussed. The need for a program manager was discussed. There was an expression for a need for copies of application forms at SIG meetings to encourage visitors to join

There being no old business and no further new business, the meeting adjourned.
