The meeting of the Board of Directors of the 1960 PC Users Group was called to order by Bill Franklin at 6:45 p.m. at Denny’s Restaurant on Louetta Road.  Present were:  Bill Franklin, Jean Franklin, Bob Argo, Joan Cain, Linda Genaw, and Gene Jackson.

Treasurer

Donations for the projector were discussed and it was announced that David Franklin gave $300.00 toward the purchase of a projector.

Membership

Linda Genaw reported receiving six membership renewals and no new members.  The membership stands at 110 members.

SIG attendance was discussed as well as topics for discussion.  There were three members at the last Round Table, therefore its future is in doubt but it will be continued for one more month or until the end of the year.

SIGs

The software SIG will continue to be on stock trading.  Bob Argo was appointed chairman of the nominating committee.  Gene Jackson was appointed to act as board secretary due to the resignation of Marian Rotenberg.

Respectfully submitted,

Gene Jackson
